The blood can flow more freely and the heart can pump more efficiently as a result. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that helps the body rid itself of excess water and electrolytes. It also relaxes blood arteries and enhances blood flow over time. Uses Telmisartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablet combines telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide into one tablet.
