“S” stands for the selection of the best grapes from vines over 40 years old, pressed after a short maceration and matured in new and used barrels.Blue ringlets, peaches, woodruff and a light touch of brioche on the nose. A precise texture on the palate (right between firm and full), fine acidity with subtle minerality, minimally salty, skilfully supported by the wood, white pear and stone fruit, with a lot of pressure on the finish.A fine Pinot Blanc with the typical Dnnhoff elegance.
