Completely biodegradable, the entire planter is able to be placed into the soil to allow the flowers to flourish. When planting; place the soil pellet inside of the poly bag along with 3 tablespoons of water and wait 15 minutes for the pellet to expand. Then push the top of the planted inside of itself and place the soil inside of the box, plant 2-3 seeds 1/4″ deep and water as needed. These gorgeous giants are relatively easy to grow. Just make sure that you have a site in full sun with soil that is well drained. Transplant the hardened seedlings once any danger of frost has passed, spacing them at least 2 feet apart so that the blooms have space to flourish. These will grow to be 5 to 6 feet in height and will have multiple blooms per plant. Autumn Beauties make for lovely bouquets and have such variety in color that you almost never know what you are going to see when the blooms open.
