When planting your Colorado Blue Spruce seeds; soak the soil pellet in water until fully expanded then place the soil into your paper planter. Plant 2 seeds per container and place the seeds 1/8″ deep and allow for 2-3 weeks for germination. Water as needed and transplant into a larger container once the seedlings are established. Only transplant the seedlings outside when any danger of frost has passed and the seedlings are at least 10-12″ tall. You can also plant 3-4 seeds in a decorative container to grow indoors.
