For starters, if your a person who does or doesn’t like taking your servings in powder form, this option is quick and taste pretty good. For me it takes less than half an hour to feel that warm overall sense of well being, if you catch my drift. I’d say in some instances they hit the spot a little better than other forms. And it last a lot longer in my opinion also. I have to give it five stars for effectiveness and price. Give them a go just to mix things up, you won’t be disappointed.
