Bratwurst Sausage Seasoning

Bratwurst is a traditional German sausage commonly made with pork or veal, with a bold and robust flavor. It pairs well with pickled cabbage or mashed potatoes, and tastes great when eaten with a toasted roll covered in mustard! We offer packages for making 10 pounds or 25 pounds of sausage. Our own recipe, blended with salt, white pepper, celery seed, mustard, marjoram, celery seed, nutmeg, ginger, onion, parsley, cardamom, and mace.
