Breakfast sausage is typically a freshly made sausage, and can be crafted into links or patties. Our sage sausage mix can be used with any ground meat of your choice, and vegetarian crumbles as well! We offer packages for making 10 pounds or 25 pounds of sausage. Our own recipe, blended with salt, sugar, white pepper, mustard, black pepper, allspice, sage, paprika oleoresin, and capsicum oleoresin.
